DBS Global University recently had the honour of hosting Mr. Misal, Director of Human
Resources at KPMG, for an insightful session with our MBA Batch of 2024 as part of DGU
AARAMBH 2024. The session provided invaluable insights into the world of Human
Resources and industry best practices.
Mr. Misal shared his extensive knowledge on topics such as talent acquisition, employee
engagement, performance management, and the evolving role of HR in fostering
organizational culture. His practical advice and real-life examples from his career at KPMG
gave students a deeper understanding of the field.
