DBS Global University had the privilege of welcoming Prof. Chetan Singh Solanki, widely known as the Solar Man of India. He is a remarkable educator, an innovator with a mission, and the force behind the global Energy Swaraj movement. His work focuses on building local solar solutions and shaping policies that steer the world toward a cleaner and more self-reliant future.
During his interaction with the faculty, Prof. Solanki shared a simple yet powerful reminder. Taking responsibility for the energy we consume is not optional. It is a shared duty that affects the well-being of our communities and the planet. Sustainability at DBS Global University is more than a concept. It is a lived culture.
