On October 4th, the campus amphitheatre came alive with music and excitement as the "Fit,Don't,Quit" club, led by Dr. Ranjana and Dr. Rashmi Negi, organized a highly successful Zumba session.
Ashish Panwar, co-founder of Kommotion Studio, had both students and faculty moving to lively
Latin and Punjabi beats, turning initial hesitation into pure enthusiasm.
Some of the boys even added an extra challenge with push-ups, adding an extra layer of thrill to the
event. By the session’s end, everyone was sweaty, smiling, and eager for more. Neha, a BBA student,
shared, “It was exactly what I needed to feel energized and reconnected with myself,” The event not
only promoted fitness but also fostered a sense of community and joy on campus. The amphitheater
was buzzing with positive energy, as students left feeling uplifted, eager for more fitness-driven
activities to come.
